Summaz Escape is a trading name of J & C Water Floats and Gears. This policy sets out the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the booking date are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions will be made for late cancellations, no-shows, or changes in personal plans.
Guests who cancel within the 7-day window may request a reschedule subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be requested by email at bookings@summazescape.com before the original booking date. Rescheduled bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Guests who do not show up on the day of their booking without prior notice will not receive a refund or reschedule.
If Summaz Escape cancels your booking due to weather, unsafe sea conditions, or circumstances outside our control, you will be offered a full reschedule at no additional cost or a full refund. We will contact you as early as possible when this occurs.
All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted by email to bookings@summazescape.com. Include your booking reference number and the name used at the time of booking. Requests submitted through social media or other channels will not be processed.
Payments processed through this website are charged by J & C Water Floats and Gears, the registered business operating Summaz Escape. This is the name that will appear on your card statement.
