summazescape.com is operated by J & C Water Floats and Gears, a registered business in Nassau, Bahamas. Summaz Escape is the trading brand under which beach excursion and outdoor water activity services are offered.
All bookings are made through summazescape.com. A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a booking confirmation email with a reference number has been sent to you.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. No booking is held or reserved without completed payment.
The number of guests submitted at the time of booking is final. Changes to group size must be requested by email and are subject to availability and approval.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price confirmed at the time your booking is completed.
Guests participate in outdoor water activities at their own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that all members of your group are physically fit and able to participate in the activities booked. Summaz Escape reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest whose health or conduct poses a risk to themselves or others, without refund.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a consenting adult.
Summaz Escape reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unsafe weather conditions, sea conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of an operator-initiated cancellation, guests will be offered a full reschedule or a full refund. No additional compensation will be provided.
Guests are expected to follow all instructions given by Summaz Escape staff. Any guest whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful may be removed from the activity without refund. Summaz Escape is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from a guest failing to follow safety instructions.
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Summaz Escape, J & C Water Floats and Gears, and their staff are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation in any activity, except where caused by our direct negligence.
Summaz Escape is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during any excursion.
All branding, trade names, and original content on summazescape.com belong to Summaz Escape and J & C Water Floats and Gears. Website imagery may include licensed stock photography. Nothing on this site may be reproduced or used without written permission.
